Email Updates to the Membership from the Board of Directors

This website is the best source of official information on the Golden Oaks Association.  Select additional information is emailed to members a few times a year by the Board of Directors.  This could include elections information, updates on dues or expenses, or timely news on a wide variety of other topics that members may need to know.  There can be a delay in posting these emails to the website, and not all emails get posted.  To ensure you receive all updates and emails from the board, please sign up for the membership email list as described below.

Golden Oaks Members wishing to be added to the email list, or modify their member information on file with the association, can send a request to info@goldenoaksassociation.com .  Requests must include the members full name, the parcel number and address they are affiliated with, a contact phone number, and their relationship to the lot. (Such as owner/renter).  This information may be used to verify eligibility to receive emails, to ensure the member receives the emails relevant to their parcel, and to add the member to officially recognized membership list.  Requests not providing ALL the required information will not be honored.

The  Board of Directors conducts virtual meetings the 2nd Tuesday of the month at 6pm Pacific Time.  Meetings are open to the membership.   In case of technical difficulty (including mid-meeting), the meeting link may change. Check here for the most up to date meeting link.
